dc.description.abstractHamstring tightness is a common issue that affects many people. The flexibility and range of motion of the joint are both limited when this muscle is contracted. Lower back and lower extremity problems are frequently linked to poor hamstring flexibility. Active release technique and myofascial release technique can improve hamstring flexibility. The major goal of this study is to increase hamstring flexibility so that we can compare active release technique with myofascial release technique for effectiveness. The appropriate course of action for treating those with tight hamstrings to increase their hamstring flexibility can then be determined.en_US
